The fun Begins!

It's been over a year and a half after i joined the Newgrounds so i think it's high time to write mine first post! Of course there is something else. For last few months i've been studying flash (especially ActionScript 3) and as the result of this i will shortly develop my very first flash game! it will be called Bovis and in this game you will have to take care about small hairy creature (without any dirty thougths, please :) ). At this point my fellows i must ask you a favor. I need any resources and tutorials that could help me with my game ( free sound effects, music, tutorials about movement, gravitation and particles) any help and suggestions appreciated. Help me master as3 and flash cs3 :D
